ZIESTA
A south of the border twist on the American classic White Russian.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Z Tequila Reposado
- 0.5 oz. Firelit Coffee Liqueur
- 2.5 oz. Horchata
- 8 drops of Bittermens Xocolatl Mole Bitters
How To Mix
- Combine all ingredients with ice
- Stir into a rocks glassCreator

FRIENDLY FIRE
A sweet and spicy cocktail that is as easy to make as it is to drink.
Ingredients
- 1 fresh jalapeño
- 1.5 oz. jalapeño-infused Z Tequila Silver
- 0.5 oz. Monin Desert Pear syrup
- 1.5 oz. Dole Hibiscus Aquas Frescas
- Chili-lime salted rim
How To Mix
- Cut jalapeño vertically into 4-5 slices, remove about half the seeds, leave the tequila to infuse for about 12 hours, then remove the jalapeño
- Combine all ingredients into a shaker
- Salt the rim of a martini glass with chili-lime salt
- Strain into martini glass and enjoyCreator

Uncover an earthy pucker that has fascinated south Asian and Mexican cuisine for centuries.

- 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
- 3/4 oz. tamarind syrup
- Dash of agave nectar
- Club soda

Ingredients
- 1 oz. Z Tequila Blanco
- 1 oz. Midori
- 1 oz. sweet and sour mix
- Club soda or lemon-lime soda
How To Mix
- Combine Z Tequila Blanco, Midori and the sweet and sour in a shaker
- Shake
- Pour in martini glass or serve on the rocks

THE MAVERICK
This twist on the martini brings to life a number of flavors and sensations.
Ingredients
- 3 1/4 in. cucumber slices 1.5 oz. Z Tequila
- 2 orange slices (juiced) Club soda
- 1 tbsp. sugar Sugar salt mixture
- Garnish Ingredients
- Sriracha hot sauce to rim glass
- 1 paper thin cucumber slice to float on top
- 1/4 orange wheel
How To Mix
- In mixing glass, muddle cucumber, sugar, and orange juice into thick liquid consistancy
- Add tequila and set aside to allow it to fuse together
- Rim martini glass using Siracha hot sauce, then dip into salt sugar mixture
- Add ice to the drink mixture and shake thoroughly, strain into glassCreator

THE PEPE JALAPEÑO
This fresh and spicy martini
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Z Tequila Blanco
- Muddle 1 jalapeño slice
- 1 oz. fresh pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz. lime juice
How To Mix
- Muddle 1 jalapeño slice into a glass
- Pour all ingredients into a shaker
- Strain into a martini glass

JALAPEÑO CUCUMBERITA
A perfect blend of spicy and refreshing. A little kick in the front, but cool in the finish.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Z Tequila Reposado
- Lime juice
- 1 fresh cucumber
- 2 fresh jalapeños
Garnish Ingredients
- 1 fresh cucumber
- 1 fresh jalapeño
- Z Tequila Añejo
- Tabasco salt
How to Mix
- Slice cucumber into thin slices, sprinkle with Tabasco salt
- Muddle 4 jalapeño slices and 3 cucumber slices in shaker
- Add 1 1/2 oz. Z Tequila Reposado, 1 1/2 oz. lime juice, ice, shake
- Add Tabasco salt and ice to glass, strain shaker over ice
- Line cucumber slices lengthwise, slightly overlapping, roll up, secure with sword
- Take half of deseeded jalapeño, two matches to flame inside of half cut jalapeño, place the half into center of cucumber flower
- Place flower on top of drink, and fill jalapeño half with shot of Z Tequila AñejoCreator

Z KISS FROM A ROSE
A floral based cocktail that plays off of the floral aspects of agave and the flowers that bloom on them and pairing well with the grapefruit and St. Germain.
Ingredients
- 1.75 oz. Z Tequila Blanco
- 0.5 oz. St. Germain
- 0.75 oz. Homemade Rosé Wine syrup
- 1 oz. Rio star grapefruit juice
- 2 dashes of Fee Brothers grapefruit bitters
- 1 egg white
Garnish Ingredients
- 1 candied rose petal
How To Mix
- Shake with ice
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass rinsed with rose water
- Garnish with a candied rose petalCreator

Mexican Martini
- 1 1/2 oz. Z Tequila Reposado
- 1/2 oz. lime juice
- 1 oz. orange juice
- 1 oz. sweet and sour
Pour all ingredients into a shaker, shake and strain into a salted rimmed martini glass. Garnish with a few olives.

Citrus Margarita
- 1 1/2 oz. Z Tequila Reposado
- 1/2 oz. orange liquor
- fill with lime juice
Serve in a salted rim margarita glass and garnish with a lime wedge.

Mazatlan (Pepe’s Manhattan)
- 1 1/2 oz. Z Tequila Añejo
- 1/2 oz. sweet vermouth
- 1 dash of Angostura bitters
Stir with cracked ice, strain, and serve with a cherry.

Tequila Old Fashioned
- 2 oz. Z Tequila Añejo
- 1 /2 bar-spoon of agave syrup
- 2 or 3 dashes orange, lemon or grapefruit bitters
Add syrup and bitters to an old-fashioned glass and stir. Add ice and tequila then stir well. Top off the glass with ice and garnish with a strip of lime zest.

Bloody Maria
- 1 1/2 oz. Z Tequila Blanco
- 3 oz. tomato juice
- 1/2 oz. lemon juice
- 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- juice of 1/2 lime
Shake well with ice and strain into glass (salted rim optional).
